George F. and Alleane M. Currie Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Candidates must be enrolled full-time in the College of Business majoring in Economics at Jackson State University
• Must submit two (2) letters of recommendation
• Must submit an essay on: "What is my primary goal in life and why I am a candidate for this scholarship?
• All Undergraduate level applicants must possess a minimum 2.5 GPA from high school or college
• All Graduate level applicants must possess a minimum 3.00 GPA
• Candidates selected must be at minimum a second semester freshman (one semester completed)
