Inez Owens and Elizabeth Chapman Endowed Memorial Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be an undergraduate student enrolled full-time at JSU.
• Must maintain a 2.50 GPA or above.
• Must demonstrate financial need.
• Must be a child of a single parent mother (single parent includes widowed, divorce, or never married mother)
  (To apply, your mother must claim you as a dependent on federal and state tax filings. if mother is unemployed, applicant must provide proof that he/she is a child of a single mother)
