• Must be a full-time student at Jackson State University
• Must be enrolled in the Honor College
• Must demonstrate financial need
• Must maintain a 3.0 cumulative CPA or above
• Must submit application – to include a short essay as to why they need the funds
• Must submit request for documentation of need (financial aid award, account summary,
  refund audit, transcript, current class schedule, etc.)
• Must be willing to interview
