Paul T. B. Hemphill Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be an academically outstanding student enrolled full-time at Jackson State University
• Be a graduate of Lanier High School
• Unmet financial need after the financial aid award package has been determined
• Be an incoming freshman student, with potential for renewal
• Student(s) must be living within the geographical boundaries of Lanier High School
