To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be from Scott county.
• Must have a 3.00 GPA or better.
• Must be enrolled in a four year program at Jackson State University.
• Must be a prospective or current student in good standing in accordance with current institutional policies.
