William and Maxine Harkless Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be an undergraduate student.
• Must be a full-time student.
• Must be majoring in Education and Human Development or Department of Art.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
• Must demonstrate financial need.
• Must submit an essay on " why I choose my major and how the William and Maxine Harkless Scholarship would help me achieve my goals.’
