The Doris P. Smith and Maurice A. Smith Endowed Memorial Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be enrolled as full-time undergraduate African American student at JSU
• Must be majoring in Education
• Must be a junior or senior
• Must maintain a 2.5 GPA
• Must have a minimum score of 18 on the ACT
• Must be from Hinds County
• Must demonstrate financial need.
