Jackson State University Student in good academic standing;
• Must maintain a 3.0 C.P.A.;
• Must be a resident of Hinds, Rankin or Madison County;
• Must be able to provide proof of prior community engagement that was not necessarily motivated
by requirement or personal persona advancement(submit a letter showing non-university related
community service);
• Be a leader whose personal choice to help others has shaped them toward continual service to
their community
