April L. Cathey Memorial Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be an incoming freshmen ( freshmen must have at least a 2.8 GPA from high school) or undergraduate student enrolled full-time at JSU.
• Must major in Political Science.
• Must maintain at least 2.8 GPA.
• Must be a Detroit, Michigan resident.
• Must be a child of a single parent who is a recipient of welfare and/or State of Michigan Benefits (i.e. Food Stamps, Section 8 Housing, Medicaid, etc.)
