Charles E. Bishop, Sr., Memorial Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be an academically outstanding undergraduate student enrolled full-time in the W.E. DuBois Honors College at Jackson State University with demonstrated academic achievement by maintaining a 3.0 GPA or above.
• First preference will be given to applicants from Greenville and Jackson Public School Districts and rural Perry and Washington Counties.
• Applicants from other locales are welcome to apply.
