Rosetta Tolbert Harris Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for the scholarship(s), candidates must meet the following criteria:
•Must be an undergraduate student attending Jackson State University
•Must reside in a dormitory on the campus of Jackson State University
•Must participate in one or more campus life organizations
•Must maintain a 2.00 GPA or above
•Must demonstrate financial need
•Must be an African American first-generation college student
•Must be a resident of Yazoo County in Mississippi. (First preference will be giving to students who attended Linwood Elementary S
