Howard Family True Blue Educational Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for the scholarship(s), candidates must meet the following criteria:
•MS residents (all) and TX residents (priority to Houston area counties: Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Galveston, Waller, Brazoria
•At least 2.8/4.0 (WA (but preferably 3.0/4.0)
•Preference to all Business majors (incl. Entrepreneurship) and Education Majors
