Trustmark Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for the scholarship(s), candidates must meet the following criteria:
•Undergraduate female students of African American, Native American, Hispanic, Asian American, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander descent majoring in a degree program within the College of Business with a concentration in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, who are permanent residents of Mississippi and whose permanent residence was located in Mississippi for at least twelve months prior to admission to Jackson State University.
•Students must have a minimum GPA in the coursework described of at least 3.0.
•At least one scholarship recipient shall be selected each year.
•Special consideration shall be given to undergraduate students with an interest in pursuing a career in the banking or finance industry.
•Donor shall be notified of the selected recipient prior to public announcement or payment of the scholarship, and recipient authorizes donor to use their name and/or likeness/image to publicize the scholarship
