The YE Ques/Capital City Ques Endowment Scholarship

oBe an academically outstanding undergraduate student enrolled full-time (minimum 12 hours) at Jackson State University.
•Demonstrate academic achievement with a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average (official transcript required),
•Demonstrate financial need.
•Sophomore, Junior, who meet specified criteria as established.
•Evidence of community service.
•Incoming freshman must be accepted and enrolled at Jackson State University; must have an SAT score of 1,000 and/or ACT of 18 and must demonstrate financial need.
•First (1) priority given to Upsilon Epsilon active undergraduate chapter members at Jackson State University.
•Second (2) priority given to an incoming freshman who is accepted and enrolled at Jackson State University; must have an SAT score of 1,000 and ’or ACT 18.
oThird (3) priority given to sophomore(s) or junior(s) undergraduate who meet the specified criteria established
