The Joan Upshaw Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for the scholarship (s), candidates must meet the following criteria:
-Be an academically outstanding student enrolled full-time in the College of Public Service, Social Work Division at the University
-Demonstrate academic achievement
-Demonstrate financial need
-Is an incoming freshman student, with potential for renewal as provided by the agreement.
