Roscella L. Plowden Annual Residential Scholarship

•Must be an undergraduate student enrolled full-time at Jackson State University;
•Must reside in a campus dormitory while attending the university;
•Must maintain a 2.0 GPA or above;
•Must be eligible to complete registration;
•Must demonstrate a financial need.
*GPA is based on academic year, which consists of spring and fall terms. If recipient falls below
the 2.0 GPA will be ineligible the following academic year.
