Ernestine Calhoun '58 Endowed Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be an academically outstanding undergraduate student enrolled full-time in the College of Education, at Jackson State University majoring in Elementary Education
• Demonstrate academic achievement by maintaining a GPA of 3.25 or better.
• Demonstrate financial need
• Be a Junior or Senior, with potential for renewal if eligibility is maintained

Note: First preference will go to students from Copiah County, MS. In the event no student from Copiah County are eligible, the scholarship office will accept recommendations for the award from Dean.
