Applicant Must:
Be an academically outstanding undergraduate student (GPA of 3.0 or higher) enrolled full-time in the School of Communications at Jackson State University.
Demonstrate financial need.
Preference is given to those meeting the foregoing criteria who are members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
