To be eligible for the scholarship, Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a academically outstanding undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full-time at the University.
• Applicant must be a Business major, Education major or CSET Major
• Aplicant must demonstrate academic acheivement by maintaining a 3.0 GPA or better.
• Applicant must be a second semester freshman student or higher, with the potential or scholarship renewal.
• Priority will be given to applicant (s) from Aurora, Illinois; Tulsa, Oklahoma; El Dorado, Arkansas; Sugarland, Texas, and Houston, Texas.
• Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
