To be eligible for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be an academically outstanding graduate or undergraduate student enrolled full-time
• Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering or Industrial Systems and Technology.
• Demonstrate financial need
• Maintain a 3.0 grade point average
